This week I gave a talk about responsive design to the team at Cyberwoven. I thought I’d share the notes in case anyone else might find them useful. Feel free to email me if you have questions or thoughts.

This is interesting in that folks who will spend $500 - $1000 for an iPad are probably some of the same folks who will buy some of these brands. This doesn’t look good for these so-called luxury brands, who supposedly obsess over the tiniest details. 

That aside, these sites are great examples of Flash used poorly. It should be used as a layer, not a means to an end. If you’re doing it like these poor saps, you’re doing it wrong.

I stumbled upon this article last night. This is a good run-down of what you can do with css3 transitions and transforms. If you’re building something specific to webkit, this is particularly useful.
